With our natural lean toward traditional country style with an elegant, contemporary and rich mix, our expertise lends itself to boutique hotels and luxury country holiday rentals. Phase 1:
Vision
It’s essential for us to get to know you tounderstandexactly what you want and what is important to you and your family as we have our own ideas and requirements for the space within our homes. We take everything into account during the brief including your time scale, budget and logistical requirements. Once we have ascertained the full brief, we provide you with a proposal and estimated budget which includes our design fee and FF&E, in other words, your new home, complete.
Phase 2:
Design
We present you with our initial concept designs, floor plans and mood boards with samples and imagery of our proposed furniture and accessories. During this stage we work closely with you to ensure that our design encapsulates your complete vision and we tweak where necessary until you are completely happy and ready for the work to commence. We agree the schedule of works, timeline and the FF&E remit. Any required interior architecture for the project will be presented at this point.
Phase 3:
Installation
With a wealth of experience in project management, we oversee the entire project onsite all the way through to the final snagging list. We keep you as involved as you wish to be and will ensure the entire process is stress free and enjoyable.
Phase 4:
Delivery
The best part, introducing our clients to their new home. Inevitably Verity and the team will be on hand for any additional, unforeseen snags and to ensure that your home is all you dreamed of.
